Integrate legacy with modern
Connect the 8305 Multi-Interface IP Paging Adapter to a telephone or FXS port on a legacy communication system containing a telephone to bridge VoIP and analog systems. As a PoE device, the 8305 can act as a multicast transmitter or receiver to integrate additional IP voice paging hardware giving you further control of how your communication system operates. The 8305 is SIP-compliant and compatible with most leading UCaaS and mass notification systems.
Automate and customize
Using the web interface, you can customize your 8305 to include scheduled announcements that play automatically. Set up is easy no matter if you want to schedule single or multiple events on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
With 1 GB of memory, custom WAV or MP3 audio files can be uploaded to the 8305 to customize alerts and set pre-recorded announcements for your needs.
Emergency alerts can be activated by dialing a set extension or via a device, like a button, connected to the relay input to provide contact closure.
The Algo 8305 Multi-Interface Paging adapter also has an 8 Ω output, enabling connection to traditional self-amplified speakers and ensuring VoIP communication can be delivered. The 8 Ω connection is capable of driving speakers from 2 kΩ down to 8 Ω.
InformaCast Compliant
The Algo 8305 Multi Interface IP Paging Adapter is also sold as the Algo 8305-IC InformaCast Multi Interface IP Paging Adapter, a fully InformaCast Compliant version of the device. All Algo InformaCast IP endpoints are fully compliant to register seamlessly with Singlewire InformaCast for emergency notification and public address. The Algo 8305-IC together with other InformaCast endpoints are scalable to meet the needs of any size project.
