McCain National Defence Authorization Act (NDAA) and do not contain any “telecommunications equipment or services” banned by the NDAA, nor do they employ any component or technology of any system – substantial, essential, critical, or otherwise – manufactured or delivered by the following banned Chinese companies including their brand or affiliated companies:

- Hytera Communication Corporation
- Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company
- Dahue Technology Company
